Welcome to the AMAC Website

 The Albany Model Aero Club (AMAC) is situated just a few km's south of town, south east of the race course, and offer great facilities for those interested in flying model aero planes.

Some of the facilities include, bitumen runways, rain water for drinking and a shelter from the elements, by way of a shed. The club has approximately 30 members, ranging from all ages, all of whom enjoy the sport very much. Members meet on a regular basis, every sunday morning (Seniors wednesday mornings as well) from about 8:30am onwards, weather permitting.

New members are always welcome, with pilot training and any other assistance offered. The atmosphere at AMAC is very pleasurable and guest flyers are welcome at any time.
